on to my third day at working the bar and working with stephen and im still getting used to the slower pace im used to when working in avoca cafe in dublin but it is getting busier.i was asked by a barista that used to work there if i can pour him a dragon,i have only seen it once in a magazine and going from memory i gave him my own interpretation of it
